This notice describes the public SailPerks prelaunch site. It is not the privacy notice for an activated cruise-booking service.

What this preview collects

We have not added customer accounts, booking forms, payment collection, advertising pixels, or analytics to this site. The waitlist field is a visual control only: submitting it does not send, store, or share an email address. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access records, and cookies used to provide and secure the site and authenticated owner access under its own policies.

No traveler information requested

This preview does not request traveler details, card numbers, passport copies, or identity documents. No passenger information is collected through the waitlist field.

Private owner workspace

The owner workspace uses the hosting platform’s authenticated identity to restrict access. It stores planning labels, financial assumptions, review dates, notes, and a revision history in a hosted database. These records are not reservations or approved credit offers. Do not enter traveler details or sensitive documents. Archived scenarios remain stored; archiving is not deletion.

External links have their own privacy practices. This preview does not yet connect to a consumer booking engine. Before booking opens, this notice will need to identify the service operator, booking provider, data shared, retention practices, privacy contact, and applicable customer rights.
